Value Engineering consultations can be provided on a ‘one-off’ basis where an independent review of a medium+ project is required at a single point in time. For larger-scale developments, monthly Value Engineering consultations are arranged upon project evaluation.

An ‘On-Line-Plan Service’ is also available for the appraisal of existing floor plans. Simply scan and send a plan of your floor plans and outlining  your intentions and these can be reviewed on line. Commentary can be returned to you within 48 hours if necessary.

‘On-Site’ consultations are also offered for existing properties. This service is suited to clients who wish to have a ‘walk-through’ review of their property proposals.
