MEP Consulting Ltd is a sole consultancy directed by Malcolm Peake who originally qualified as an architect in the UK and later combined his professional training with a Masters Degree in Construction Management.

With a career spanning over twenty years in the construction industry, he has worked on world-class projects in London, Hong Kong, Australia and Malaysia and has also consulted in Luxembourg and France.

His experience includes project management services for two of  the UK’s most acclaimed residential projects at 199-Knightsbridge, London,  and One-Hyde-Park, in conjunction with the Mandarin Oriental hotel. Both developments feature unprecedented levels of technology, security  and luxury, achieving sale prices in excess of £10m for many apartments. His experience also extends to the hospital and educational sectors.
